“A big appreciation and thank you to Ann Marie and Jenna at Be Well at Home-Concierge Nursing Care Inc.   As my father’s care needs began to change this past year, Ann Marie and her Be Well at Home team were recommended by management at the senior living facility where my father was living.  Ann Marie was fantastic from the initial assessment interview with my father through the entire process.  A care plan with a great flexibility to meet my father’s requirements was adopted and was able to be rapidly modified as my father’s needs began to change. 

Jenna was assigned as the primary nurse, and was exceptionally accommodating throughout the process of accessing and adjusting care.  My father quickly bonded with Jenna because of her personal & compassionate demeanor along with her thoroughly professional and competent nature.   Despite some very frenetic weeks, Jenna took great notes to stay on top of rapidly changing care needs, helped manage medication distribution, attended medical appointments as a patient/family advocate, and was able to converse with physicians and nurses about changes to my father’s conditions and needs.  (What a relief it was to know we were in such capable hands!)

When end-of-life became more inevitable and care transitioned to Hospice, Ann Marie and Jenna continued to support my father and the family.  Jenna regularly engaged with Hospice physicians, nurses, and staff, and Ann Marie helped assist the family in locating a Board & Care facility able to support my father’s declining condition.  They proved to be a great sounding board when difficult decisions were presented to the family and my father.

My family was fortunate to have found Ann Marie and her team and was tremendously grateful for the skills, support, and proactive style that Ann Marie and Jenna brought to a very difficult time.   The quality of decisions we were able to make regarding my father’s needs and care would not have approached our final results without their help and guidance.  I’d highly recommend Be Well at Home for other families in need of additional assistance and support.
